What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of payment methods to make your shopping experience seamless. This includes major credit cards/debit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We also support BHIM/UPI payment apps such as Google Pay, Paytm, PhonePe etc. For your convenience, there are additional payment options like Netbanking, EMI, Wallet.

Do you have any discounts or offers?

We occasionally run special offers and limited-time discounts. As of now, we're running an extended flash sale (50% OFF) OR (Buy 1 Get 1 FREE) on some of our products. We also give an Extra 10% OFF discount on Prepaid orders.  Follow us on social media or subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated on the latest deals.

How long does the delivery take?

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 2-5 working days depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking details once your order ships.

I received a damaged product, what can I do?

We’re so sorry to hear that! Please email us within 24-48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item. Our team will help you with a quick replacement

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship all across India. We also offer Free Shipping on all orders.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS with a tracking link. You can use it to follow your package’s journey in real time. If you haven't received your tracking details, please contact our team, they will resend your tracking link. 

Do you offer refunds?

Yes, we do! If your product is damaged or defective, we’ll process a refund or replacement after reviewing your request. Please refer to our Return Policy for more details.

What if I haven't received my order?

If your order hasn’t arrived yet, don’t worry — we’ve got you covered. Please check your tracking link for the latest updates. If it’s past the estimated delivery date, contact us with your order number and we’ll look into it right away.

I didn't get a payment confirmation, what can I do?

If your payment went through but you didn’t receive a confirmation email, please wait 30 minutes and check your spam folder. If it’s still missing, contact us with the necessary details — we’ll sort it out right away.
